90-Days Return / Exchange Policy
1. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
2. Product & Address Changes
All items require 3-5 business days to handcraft. So customers are able to change their order for free within 24 hours of purchasing.
If you want to change the style, size, and photo of the item or the shipping address, please contact us, we need to verify if it is in production or not. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
Please note that all changed orders of personalized items have a 30% restocking fee after 24 hours.
3. Return & Exchange & Refund Policy
Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if your order is covered by our 90 Return Policy.
• The following reasons are covered by our 90-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
(1). We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
(2). You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Lovetys.com.
(3). Paint is chipping, crystals are falling off, etc. (We will only replace the item(s) or exchange them for item(s) of equal or lesser value.)
• The following reasons are covered by our 90 day Return/Exchange Policy.(Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs)
(1). You chose the wrong size product(s).
(2). Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
• The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90 day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
(1). Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Lovetys.com product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
(2). Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
(3). Silver pieces are tarnished by oxidation and overtime they may appear black. To fix this, please clean the item with a silver polishing cloth to return the item to its original state.
• Return Process
Please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers are able to cancel their order for free within 24 hours of purchasing. Please note that all canceled orders of personalized items have a 30% restocking fee after 24 hours.
Lovetys.com reserves the right to void refund/return items that show signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear,” as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee.
